Michael has put together an instructional video for the Northern Style Thai Massage. It runs 1 hour and 50 minutes. In the video Michael demonstrates all of the 4 positions of Thai Massage, lying on the back is about half of the session. The other half consists of lying on the side, stomach and seated position. The audio track will help guide you through each step of the treatment, as you watch, listen and follow along to learn the routine.
